The idea to form a
company developed during a strategy session in 1999 between
co-founders Jack Frantz and Ken Norris. They both had spent time
working for and dealing with IT companies that didn't provide the
level of support that was expected and had been paid for. Many times
they heard horror stories of how companies had spent money for
inferior work or for systems that just would not function as promised.
The complaints eventually gave way to the despair that this was as
good as it would get. Bad service, poor return on investment, and
poorly designed solutions were becoming the norm. Jack and Ken knew
that this was not the way it had to be. There was a wide open market
and they were going to fill the demand. It took almost 2 years
of work and planning to develop the concepts that TMSI is built on,
and to put a highly skilled, professional organization in place. |

Operating Principle |

The operating creed
that guides our company is "Third Man Systems will provide the best
possible service for the customer". We went into business to fill a
need that had been expressed to us by company owners and
employees. Unlike most companies that start out with the primary goal
of making large sums of money, we at Third Man know that success will
come only if we hit the high mark we have set for ourselves. At Third
Man Systems, service is everything, there is nothing else. |
